Series overview:
The goal of the series is to unfold the central biblical idea of grace. The flow is to begin in the character of God and move ‘outwards’ towards grace in the life of the Christian fellowship:
- Grace as central within God’s character (the prodigal son)
- God’s grace as supremely made manifest christocentrically in the cross (the atonement in Romans)
- Grace as a challenge to our sense of justice (the labourers in the vineyard)
- Grace as the Spirit’s means of transformation: forgiveness (the unmerciful servant)
- Grace as operative in Christian fellowships: humility and generosity
